Facility Rental

Fair Valley pool is available for rental to members for personal use and not for profit.

1. The pool is available for rental when no other event is scheduled.
2. The pool is available between the hours of 8 pm and midnight.
3. The rental charges are as follows:
   • 0 - 39 guests $50 per hour
   • 40 - 49 guests $60 per hour
   • 50 - 59 guests $70 per hour
   • 60+ guests $100 per hour
     
     * There is a $75 refundable deposit.

1. No glass is permitted in the pool area. If it is brought into the pool area or found, the $75 deposit will be forfeited.
2. Any entertainment must be kept at a reasonable level and must be approved in advance.
3. All set-up and clean-up is the responsibility of the member sponsoring the event. All clean-up must be completed within one hour after event rental period.
4. The concession stand is not available for use during rentals, unless arrangements have been made with the pool manager at time of deposit.
5. Management determines the availability in case of inclement weather.
6. The deposit is due two weeks before the rental date and will be forfeited if the rental is cancelled.
