Q: Why do you call it "a best kept secret"?
A: Fair Valley has been a great tradition in the North Dayton area since the 1950s. But over the past decade, people have developed busy lives and many have forgotten about (or have never heard of) the Park. We're working to spread the word about Fair Valley's unique private setting to families who don’t know we exist.
Q: What types of memberships does Fair Valley offer?
A: In addition to our traditional memberships for families, couples, and singles, we have created special group pricing discounts for local businesses, churches, municipalities, and non-profit organizations.
Q: How much are the family memberships for 2008?
A: Family memberships are as low as $295 plus tax if you purchase a share of stock at the currently reduced price of $225. You receive a discount on your membership every year once you purchase the stock. The stock pays for itself in about three years though discounted membership dues. (These memberships are $370 plus tax for non-stockholders.)
Q: What is the stock used for?
A: It is used to pay for improvements around the park, such as pump and pool repairs; painting; upkeep of the kitchen equipment; tools to keep the grounds up, etc.
